Turn your Sharp OSA-enabled multifunction printer into an easy to use capture portal, automating the flow of your business information. With the Sharp OSA-developed GlobalCapture integration, users can access GlobalSearch® Enterprise Content Management capture workflow activities directly from the touch panel of a Sharp OSA-enabled MFP.

How it Works

    Quickly use a variety of tools for automating image capture and distribution by extracting high value data from documents to automatically file to a GlobalSearch Archive.

    Leverage the power of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) by converting scanned image files into Text Searchable PDFs, enabling users to search for records by content based on a keyword or phrase.

  • Route Route

    From the MFP, users can easily dictate where documents should be routed. Incorporate document routing, notifications and batch processing into scanning processes.

  • Store Store

    Either scan to an Inbox within GlobalSearch where documents are temporarily held or to a GlobalSearch Archive where they are directly stored to a Microsoft SQL database and permanently filed away.
